Albert Martinez started his real estate carrier in 1994, working as a runner to the Sandoval County Courthouse for recordings. Within a short time, he was not only handling the document recordings, but conducting the public records search as well. Albert worked in the title department for 6 years as a title searcher, then as a title examiner.
In 2000, Albert shifted over to the escrow side of the business, simply because he wanted to expand his repertoire and make a greater impact in his work. His closer needed assistance, and in order to ensure his customers remained happy, he jumped in head first. Albert started out as an assistant to an escrow officer and quickly learned the ropes. After two years, Albert branched out as an Escrow Officer and worked hard to establish a solid reputation at the closing table, while helping to grow residential operations in Albuquerque.
Albert has been an employee with Fidelity National Title for 16 years, working from the same location. Today, he serves as Branch Manager for the Cottonwood team, providing title, escrow and closing services to buyers and sellers, through his strong network of industry relationships including agents, developers, lenders and others.
