Cheryl began her title career in 1991 with Albuquerque Title Company which evolved to LandAmerica Albuquerque Title and then ultimately Fidelity National Title. Well over two decades of experience in the escrow industry have given her the ability to be proactive in meeting her client’s needs through smooth and successful closings. Cheryl strives to handle each transaction with professionalism, timely communications, and with meticulous attention to detail.
Purchasing or selling a home can be a stressful process. My goal is to simplify the buyer, seller, agent and lender’s closing experience as much as possible and to handle the transaction in a way that will keep them at ease. As a rule of thumb, I treat each and every customer the way I would like to be treated.
Cheryl and her husband have two children and one grandchild. She is on the Board of Directors for Casa Esperanza and has also done volunteer work for Habitat for Humanities and United Way. She is an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and loves water skiing, traveling and gardening.
