Deneen Rutledge began her career in the title industry in 1989 with Albuquerque Title Company. Since 2000, she has been a part of the Fidelity National Title family. Deneen serves as Senior Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for the Carmel operations.
Deneen is an expert in customer care and has developed many long-term relationships with customers and industry partners throughout her career. She is dedicated to making the closing process smooth and prides herself on making the customer feel comfortable throughout the transaction. Her customers consider her the best at what she does.
Deneen enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and extended family. She loves watching all kinds of sports and most outdoor activities while spending her days in the New Mexico sunshine during the summer and the ski slopes in the winter.
