Michelle Gonzales is an escrow officer working in our Los Lunas Office. Michelle started in the title industry in 1992 and she has been with Fidelity National Title since 2016.
Michelle has experience in all transactions including: residential, commercial, refinances, real estate contracts, short sales, construction loans, HUD transactions, 1031 Exchanges and reverse mortgages. Throughout her career, Michelle has developed long lasting relationships with brokers, lenders and returning customers as well. Having built her career around the real estate industry and the changes in the industry throughout the years, Michelle is capable in meeting the needs of all parties involved in the transaction.
