Sandra Griego is a proud native of Santa Fe. She first became intrigued by the title industry and all the details of closing a transaction when she purchased her own home. Sandra started her career off by working in the lending side of real estate in 1992, as a loan processor; later she moved up to loan origination and loan underwriter. Sandra’s passion to be an escrow officer led her to begin a small locally owned title company in Santa Fe in 1996. She has built her reputation on accuracy and trust in the Santa Fe community. She has mastered the job in residential, reverse mortgages, 1031 exchange, real estate contracts and commercial transactions, making customer service her priority and going the extra mile.
Sandra is a proud mom of two grown up daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and biking.
