Frannie Holmes started in the title and escrow business in 1988 at the age of 19. She was hired as a receptionist and part time courier. After six months, she was promoted as an assistant to an escrow officer. Frannie was determined to learn and grow in her role, applying herself daily and within two months she was on her way. Today, Frannie serves as an Escrow Officer handling escrow and closings for residents throughout Albuquerque.
The industry and technology have experienced a lot of changes since she started out, yet the level of service Frannie provides to her customers has not. Even during the most hectic times, she has the ability to keep calm and maintain a sense of peace. She is highly organized, always responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and makes it her mission to stay abreast of all regulatory and industry changes.
